Jegsy Dodd CD on Probe Plus (06/03/06)

Probe Plus are releasing a CD compilation of Jegsy Dodd & The Sons of Harry Cross's time on the label - "The Probe Plus Stuff". It contains the "Winebars & Werewolves" LP, extra tracks from the "Jewel in the Flat Cap" EP and some live tracks. And we all know of course that JD & TSOHC featured one Ken Hancock on guitar...

HMHB, Jegsy Dodd in Festive 50 (20/01/06)

OK, a bit late in adding this, but HMHB did manage an entry in the first 'OneMusic Festive 50' on Radio 1, as voted by listeners of Huw Stephens, Rob da Bank and Ras Kwame. Full marks too for old Probe Plus favourite Jegsy Dodd for getting the no.1 spot. I gather Geoff (or someone) is planning a re-release of his 1986 Probe Plus LP "Wine Bars and Werewolves", which of course features Ken Hancock as a Son of Harry Cross (Ian Jackson too, for that matter).
