Theatre Seven, Shrewsbury, Thu 25th March 2010 (27/03/10)

Roger Green:

I knew things would end up all muddled when my mate Richard said he was coming along to this one. A native of Shrewsbury, he would be the "tour guide". The place is real ale heaven, there is little doubt about that. If only it could be like this back home. We started off at 3.30 in the Loggerheads, then headed to the Coach And Horses, Admiral Benbow, Three Fishes and The Salopian. I also wrote down "Montgomery" in my notebook. This may or may not be the name of another pub - or possibly just a subject of conversation. This was another early show. So early that we were still outside when HMHB started, but I managed to get the titles of the first two tunes from fellow punters. I'll venture that this is the first time that the word "mountain" has appeared twice in the setlist.
