A busier night at the Boardwalk than last time they played there, and despite not getting a beer (huge bar, loads of bar staff but none of them noticed me!) it was a great night. 'Irk The Purists' was a new song to me, made me laugh though. The atmosphere was 'lively' to the point of the mic getting knocked away by a stage invader during 'Monmore Hare's Running'- the crowd around me filled the gap nicely by singing along. In fact there were times when I was singing along-I think maybe this is the answer to those who stand around and chatter during the set! It was a great night and bodes well for the new album...
